Shipping Procedures

Shipping Confirmation Emails
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. This email is sent after the first label scan. The email will include the tracking number. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment. You can check the status of your order anytime by referring to the tracking email.

Shipping in Multiple Packages
If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. So that we can deliver your purchases to you as efficiently as possible, items which ship from the same location are grouped together. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped.

Delivering Your Package

We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.

Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).  

    Where We Ship:

    We ship worldwide. We do not offer express shipping at this time. Custom items ship in 2 to 4 weeks, stock items are shipped the next business day after they are placed. We use Fed Ex Freight and Fed Ex Ground shipping for all orders in the continental US. Orders arrive within 5-7 business days. Shipping methods outside the United States vary by country.

    Please note: All shipments refused for reasons other than shipping damage will be charged double the shipping fee to cover transportation cost both ways. This amount will not be refunded to you, either by credit card or other payment method.

    Hawaii and Alaska Customers
    Contact us to arrange for shipping and confirm carrier. Items going to Hawaii and Alaska arrive within 7-21 business days depending on the customer’s desired shipping method, this will be discussed when you place your order.

    US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Guam Customers
    Contact us to arrange for shipping and confirm carrier. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Please note in addition to shipping fees when you refuse an international shipment you will also be double billed for any customs or taxes that are applicable.

    Canadian Customers
    Your order will ship via FedEx Freight, FedEx Ground or United States Postal Service. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Also, please note that you will have to pay local taxes on the items you purchase and that these local fees are not included in your invoice. Please note in addition to shipping fees when you refuse an international shipment you will also be double billed for any customs or taxes that are applicable.
